February Fourteen.

Never liked Valentine's Day.
Cos for various reasons, I've never celebrated it with anyone.
Sour-grape mentality, you may call it.

The enchanting story of the sympathetic, heroic and romantic icon, Saint Valentine, sacrificing himself for the love of forbidden couples;
the saccharine lines that wrapped around the tender tunes from my music list;
and the profound and poetic words of Tsangyang Gyatso, 300 years ago.
Things like these make me almost wanting to worship love again.

Almost.
Unintentionally, the door was open; intentionally, it was shut again.
Should I sigh or celebrate?

No one loves me more than I do, so here's a Vday present for myself :)
From the scenic and romantic alley of St Augustine, February 12.

Recipe for love:
A dash of dream,
A pinch of passion,
A spoon of sharing,
A heap of happiness.

Peacefully and serenely, the day strolls by.
Morning classes and afternoon readings. Exam in the evening.

I did fall in love. With the quaint and picturesque St Augustine.
It was a fascinating one-night-stand that I would never forget. ;)

Sneak preview :)
