A Place Called Home - Part 1

A stroll around the neighbourhood has always been relaxing and spirit-lifting.
Day by day I'm learning something new about the place where I took for granted year after year.

My Block

Big Love <3
I fell in love with these tall and lean trees at first sight. They form a spectacular view along the road. Silent, resilient, strong-willed and faithful.

And the most amazing part is, I've never seen similar trees elsewhere in Singapore. They belong to my neighbourhood (and me), exclusively. Muahaha. :D

Looks as though they sliced the sky apart

:) :) :)

This is a Temasek joke ;P

Where my old place used to be. Just a few blocks away...

Emptied and abandoned, they will soon be erased from the landscape and perhaps, our memories....

Spotted a bird nest!! :D

Golf course.
My father used to bring sis and I here for tennis. I gave up rather quickly, for I realised the rackets were heavier than I was. I didn't wanna lose my arm. Haha.

Perspective

HAHA!
What a vivacious campus. Reminds me of the days we crayoned our drawing blocks with the most vibrant set of colours. :)

The sky was getting cloudy

Have I mentioned I love these trees?
